Paid the Developer but Little Support and No Images

I have the paid version of this software. I’ve been asking the developer about an issue for a month without any response.

Also, the images do no show up in chat conversations. Looking at the company’s Facebook page will show that’s a common issue.

The company’s Twitter and Facebook pages have been silent since the second week of January, so I suspect this developer has taken our money and moved on.
